Expisoft Support agreement

Expisoft Support Agreement gives you as a customer a secure way to use Expisoft's products. Through free access to updated versions of the software, your investments are secured. An agreed level of support allows you to focus on daily operations. Support agreements only apply to products purchased by Expisoft or by this designated reseller and only with the product's license agreement.

Support agreement Gold

Expisoft Support Agreement Gold provides you with the highest level of security in your use of Expisoft's products. This is the highest level of support services that Expisoft can deliver and it includes the ability to call for unlimited number of support cases.This provides security for our customers not only for day-to-day operations but also for the future.

The Support Agreement Gold also includes on-site service when needed to ensure prompt and smooth action of reported support cases. However, any travel and logistics costs will be added on site support.

Expisoft Support Agreement Gold gives you as a customer free access to all upgrades within the same product release, i.e. an upgrade from version 4.2 to version 4.3 is included. This also includes upgrades to support new operating systems within the same platform, such as new versions of Microsoft Windows. Upgrading to an entirely new edition of the product, such as version 5.0 is not included. Similarly, upgrades and support do not include moving products to a new platform, such as Linux, Unix, etc.

Support agreement Silver

Expisoft Support Agreement Silver gives you as a customer free access to all upgrades within the same product release, i.e. an upgrade from version 4.2 to version 4.3 is included. This also includes upgrades to support new operating systems within the same platform, such as new versions of Microsoft Windows.

Upgrading to an entirely new edition of the product, such as version 5.0 is not included. Similarly, upgrades and support do not include moving products to a new platform, such as Linux, Unix, etc.

Support agreement Bronze

Expisoft Support Agreement Bronze gives you as a customer free access to all upgrades within the same version of the product, i.e. upgrades from version 4.2 to version 4.2.x are included. Upgrades to support new operating system versions within the same platform include, for example, new versions of Microsoft Windows.

Upgrade of 4.X versions, such as version 4.2 to version 4.3 of a product, however, is not included, nor is the upgrade to brand new product versions, such as version 5.0. However, these upgrades can be obtained at additional cost. Upgrades and support to move the products to a new platform, such as Linux, Unix etc are not included.

* After the Customer has reported a support case to Expisoft, Expisoft has a certain amount of time to assign staff to work with the case. This time is called set time.

** Gold Support Agreement allows the customer to request on-site service for a malfunction of a case at no additional cost. Expisoft's travel expenses and accommodation costs incurred in the event of a malfunction on site of a case are paid by the customer.

*** Support agreement Bronze gives the customer, as a supplement, access to upgrade of the products in the same version, for example, upgrade from versions 4.2 to 4.3, not version 5.0). Upgrade to newer version ( 4.x to 5.0) can also be done at additional cost. Support Agreement Silver provides free upgrades from, for example, versions 4.2 to 4.3 but not for a brand new product like version 5.0. Upgrade to a whole new product edition can be done at additional cost.
